My brick wall is a g+grandfather, Robert Marshel/Marshell/Marshall. He may be the son of Samuel Marshall of Danvers; he married Content Phillips of Lynn, MA, and he disappears in the early 1800's. I find no death or burial record. I know that he fathered William and Mary, and that Content died in 1849 in Lynn, widow of Robert.
I am wondering how I might learn more about Robert.

Time Period: 1700's or earlier

John Fillmore born around 1676 in Manchester England, married Abigail Tilton in 1701 at Ipswich, Massachusetts. Looking for any information relating to him. He was a ship captain, master of ship Mary, last information I have on him is 6 June 1712, sailing into Boston Harbour with a number of passengers. Do not know exactly when he died but it was enroute home from Martinique, West Indies. Any help, leads would be very appreciated!
